I started playing bass and singing in bands in the early 70s at age 14. I grew up learning from all the great blues rock and progressive rock bands of that era. I extended my playing to jazz/rock fusion and moved forward to new wave/punk rock, heavy metal and reggae in the 80s. The 90s opened me up to gospel
and contemporary Christian music. The heavy influence there being J. C. Himself
